Pricing Policies
The charge and payment of accommodation and services are in Euros. The prices don’t include the tax of environment! It costs extra 3 Euros per day / per studio.

Special rate (nonrefundable charge)
The whole amount will be charged on booking day and is not refundable!
In case of change, cancellation, no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.

EXTRA BEDS (CHILDEN / ADULTS)
One child up to 2 years old stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 17 years old is charged 18 EUROS per night for an extra bed.
An adult is charged 18 EUROS per night for an extra bed.

Breakfast (on request)
We serve continental buffet breakfast on request (08.00 -10:30). The cost is 10 EUROS per person.

Arrival / Departure
Check-in: 15:00 – 21:00
Check-out: 07.00 -11:00

Should stay beyond the time and up to 18 hours will have to pay 50% of the rent the day and stay beyond the 18th hour, you have to pay full rent on the day.
